Summary: Everything was excellent except for a couple things. One, we were awakened in the middle of the night with a horrible sewage smell that persisted until we left the following morning. Two, our reservation came with breakfast. When we reviewed the breakfast menu, we found out that we only had the choice of about 6 breakfast options out of a few pages. It wasn't a big deal, but we felt a bit cheated. Otherwise, our experience was excellent. The hotel itself was beautiful and very clean, the staff was accommodating and the location was near central park.

Summary: The room we booked was not available they arrange another room smaller and prepared just for 1 person. Hotel says expedia did not send on time the notification of the booking I made.

Summary: Great location! Really friendly ans service oriented staff. Good food and good sized comfortable room. The pillows do need upgrade, big time, I would penalize that if anything. Other than that, the hotel is great, second time staying there and would do it again without a doubt.

Summary: Great staff, quick service at the restaurant, best location, good local food, clean rooms. Now, pillows were lumpy & shower had little water pressure, that would be the extent of critique that I could give. Definitely the place to stay in Santa Rosa.
